Rio de Janeiro, Brazil has been under the microscope lately with rain, revenue from oil funds, questions about the World Cup and the 2016 Rio Olympics.

After a week of gloom, the warm weather and sunshine returning is welcome and well needed for the city dwellers and visitors to Rio.
